Bumbershoot 2012

In Light of  this past weekend being Labor Day and Bumbershoot weekend I have way too much to share beyond just the regular Gastro Blog I post on here. In fact I really would just like to share the Cultural and Culinary experience that is Bumbershoot. And I would Like to give thanks to everyone that was involved in making Bumbershoot a great cultural and informative experience and can not wait till next year, I loved the comedy styling of the Nerdprov and also to see Paul Sheer live again. Also loved music style from Gotye, Tony Bennett, Kina Grannis ( future Wife. ) Jk lol. And all the other wonderful musical acts there, in including the first 15 min of Skrillex's Dubstep. ity of chef Max from Modernist Cuisine, I really enjoyed the new ideas to apply in my already Adventist cooking methods. Speaking about food, I loved the vegan organic oatmeal cookies from Plums Market located everyday at the Armory in the Center House along with all the other food stuff festival vendors had to offer. Thank you all that made my time at Bumbershoot well spent. Also special thanks the random friends I met up with, Dave/ Austin and Company along with our new Canadian buds, and Maddy and Roommate plus pup. ¦) thank you all, I really needed this time. Cheers
